Locals angered over draining of Murrurundi Dam

Slowly and steadily, water has been trickling out of Murrurundi Dam – and locals aren’t happy about it.

Residents – including a newly-elected councillor – say they weren’t brought up to speed on plans to drain it… and fear it’s left the town vulnerable.
