Robert Huber set to stand trial in Coffs Harbour

A man will stand trial – accused of murdering his partner whose body was found in a laneway on the far north coast.

Robert Huber is accused of killing 64-year-old Lindy Lucener at Ballina in January last year.

Today Huber pleaded not guilty to murder, manslaughter and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

His trial is set down for June next year in Coffs Harbour Supreme Court.
