Teen boys charged after seven guns allegedly stolen from NSW home
Three teen boys have been charged after vehicles and guns were allegedly stolen from a home in Tamworth in northern New South Wales on the weekend.
At about 4.30am on Saturday, police were called to a home in Tamworth after reports of a break-in.
Officers were told two vehicles and seven guns had been stolen.
Nobody had been injured during the alleged incident.
At about 12.15pm yesterday, police searched a home on Robert Street, Tamworth, where they seized seven guns, clothing, and a knife for forensic examination.
Three boys, aged 13, 14, and 15, were arrested.
The two younger boys were charged with housebreaking and multiple firearms charges.
The 14-year-old and 15-year-old were also charged with breaching bail.
All three were refused bail and appeared in court yesterday.
