Questions raised about number of old State Government sites sitting empty across Coffs Harbour

A Coffs Harbour business owner has highlighted the number of old State Government sites that are currently sitting empty, after being sold to private developers.

With many locals now raising questions over the Government’s plan to redevelop the Jetty Foreshore, with an abundance of vacant sites across the city.
