A woman aged in her 60s is recovering in hospital after she was hit by a car while riding her bike in Woy Woy today.
The incident happened at the intersection of Railway Street and Ocean Beach Road just after midday.
The cyclist was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital with serious head injuries, tonight she remains in a stable condition.
