A barbed wire council fence around the Nambucca Heads skate bowl is now the focus of a complaint to the Anti-Discrimination Board of New South Wales.
The security fence was installed after the Land and Environment Court ordered mediation between council and two residents who complained about anti-social behaviour at the park.
The Nambucca man who lodged the discrimination complaint, Dan Moriaty, says the fence is dangerous.
