Lifeline volunteers and the Northern Rivers community have united for the ‘Out of the Shadows Walk’ on World Suicide Prevention Day.
Dozens of Ballina and Casino locals getting up at first light this morning to walk 9 kilometres, with the aim of encouraging anyone needing help, to speak up.
