Australian actor Simon Baker has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, on the Far North Coast.
The ‘Mentalist’ star was pulled over by police near Byron Bay at around 2am on July 20.
The 55-year-old didn’t appear in Mullumbimby Court today… his lawyer, making the plea on his behalf.
He’ll be sentenced next week.
