Another slice of waterfront land at Honeysuckle has been released for development, as part of ongoing efforts to stimulate urban renewal in the city’s West End.
The 3,700 square metre site, next to the Hunter Water building, is zoned for several uses including commercial, residential, retail and hotel.
The call for interest closes in February.
