The Abbott Government has confirmed a commitment to pay 80 per cent of future upgrades to the Pacific Highway.
Opening the Woolgoolga By-pass today, Deputy Prime Minister Warren Truss also promised a completed dual carriageways to the Queensland border by 2020.
