A new Aquatic Centre is set to be built in Tamworth, with local councillors voting to borrow the extra money needed for the multi-million dollar project.
It was a unanimous decision that’s been welcomed by stakeholders, but the Tamworth Ratepayers Association says it will hit residents in the hip pocket.
