COMING UP TONIGHT AT SIX

**Trade unionists have protested in Lismore today, against new state government laws they say violate their workplace rights.
Public sector workers, including teachers, police officers and ambulance officers, have suffered significant pay cuts under the new industrial legislation.
**The National Parks and Wildlife Service has commenced its annual fox baiting program.
More than a thousand baits will be laid out in coastal national parks and nature reserves between the Richmond River and 10 Mile Beach.
**And Lismore City Council will try reduce the CBD’s carbon footprint over the next 12 months.
The project involved the eco-efficiency retro-fits of five buildings, to reduce carbon emmissions by 54 tonnes.
