Body found in search for man missing after boat capsize at Lake Macquarie
A body has been found in the search for a fisherman who went missing at Lake Macquarie in NSW earlier this month.
Four men were thrown into waters near Channel Street in Swansea after the small boat they were travelling in overturned about 7.50pm on July 6.
Passengers on a passing boat managed to pull two of the men out of the water while a third swam to shore.
A fourth man, aged 23, could not be located.
About 12.20pm today a body was found in a channel at Swansea.
Police said the body is yet to be formally identified but is believed to be the missing man.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
