Police are appealing for information and footage after a teenage girl was approached on the state’s north coast.
Police are appealing for information and footage after a 14-year-old girl was approached on the foreshore of Evans River, Elm Street, Evans Head yesterday and touched her leg before walking away.
The incident took place around 2pm, with the man described as being of Asian appearance, aged between 20-30-years-old, about 170cm tall, medium build, with black hair and acne scars wearing a t-shirt and black shorts.
Anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage or information that may assist investigators is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
