14-year-old charged over Tamworth alleged break and enter
A teenage boy will appear in court today after being charged over an alleged break and enter at Tamworth earlier this year.
A teenage boy will appear in court today after he was charged over an alleged break and enter at a home on Karwin Street, South Tamworth in April.
Police were called to the house on Sunday April 21 and were told a Hyundai Getz hatchback and a mobile phone had allegedly been stolen sometime between 8:30pm Saturday April 20 and 5am Sunday April 21.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
About 1:30pm yesterday, police arrested at 14-year-old boy on Kinarra Street, South Tamworth, where he was taken to Tamworth Police Station.
He was charged and refused bail to appear in a Childrens Court today.
