Man charged after shotgun located
A 36-year-old male has been charged with several offences after a shotgun was allegedly located at a house in Argenton.
About 4.20pm on Wednesday 24th, the male was located in Boolaroo and was arrested in relation to a stealing at Glendale in February and fraud at Warners Bay in March.
When the male was searched police allegedly found him in possession of stolen groceries and a prescribed restricted substance.
Police subsequently attended a residence in McLaughlin Street and allegedly located a sawn-off shotgun and ammunition hidden in the ceiling.
The man has been charged with a number of offences and refused bail to appear in Toronto Local Court today.
