It’s a bond unlike any other – two Lake Macquarie men who met by chance have discovered their fathers forged their own friendship, during an unimaginable experience, in World War II.

This ANZAC Day, they recount the story of the Aussie pilots who made it out alive…after three years as prisoners of war.
