The Australian Defence Department has revealed it’s considering taking PFAS manufacturers to court for contaminating land in Port Stephens land and putting residents at risk.
Federal MP Meryl Swanson also revealing an independent review into what to do with the poisoned properties is complete and will be reviewed by National Cabinet.
