Newcastle’s highest honour awarded to Nicolaos Zervas

More than 50 years of service to the Newcastle community has earned Father Nicolaos Zervas the honour of becoming Freeman of the City.

The 90-year-old is the 17th recipient of the prestigious award, since its inception in 1981.
