Council installs emergency kits along Ballina’s coastline

Eleven people have died in the surf since September at Far North Coast beaches…and now Ballina Council says it has a new way to protect swimmers.

Emergency kits have been rolled out across the Shire.so the public can come to the rescue when lifeguards are off duty.
