A man is fighting for his life, after being found in a critical condition in Newcastle’s Hunter Street, just before one o’clock this morning.
Police believe the 23-year-old was with friends earlier in the night, when he was refused entry to a hotel on King Street.
Officers say a man was seen running along the roof of a building nearby shortly before the injured man was found.
He was taken to John Hunter Hospital with head injuries.
