On 24 January 2024, NBN News aired a report regarding current criminal proceedings against three members of the Toby family.
During that report, a man was pictured and referred to as one of the accused, Mr Ronald Toby. NBN News is informed and accepts that the man pictured in the report is not Mr Ronald Toby, and is not the subject of any charges.
NBN News apologises to the man pictured for any distress or inconvenience caused as a result of his inclusion in the report.
