‘Girls Only’ triathlon at Forster this Sunday

Forster Triathlon Club is gearing up for its Girls Only Tri this Sunday.

More than 50 competitors are set to line up, the club hoping a few will stick around for the rest of the season.

Rob Douglas

Born and bred in the Manning Valley, Rob Douglas joined the Taree bureau in June 2021 after a short career in print media. He joined the Tamworth team in July 2023. Rob graduated from Charles Sturt University in Bathurst in 2016 with a sports journalism degree.
