Police are appealing for public assistance to find a man who fled a hospital in Blacktown.
18-year-old Jake Flewin hasn’t been seen since 4:30 yesterday afternoon and officers hold serious concerns for his welfare.
It’s believed the teenager could be travelling by public transport to South West Rocks.
He was last seen wearing a red short-sleeved shirt, black pants and grey shoes.
Members of the public are urged not to approach him, but to instead contact police immediately.
