Virtual reality training to skill up emergency department nurses in stroke treatment

Every second is crucial when responding to a stroke, as is having the best-trained health workers.

Now a new program, using virtual reality technology, has been developed by the University of Newcastle to give nurses the skills they need and even keep them closer to home.
