Mid North farmers to push back against changes to coastal water rights

Mid North Coast farmers have been left fuming following a decision to reduce coastal harvesting rights – which limits the amount of rainwater that can be collected and stored on their farms.

Now they’re pushing back against the state government, ahead of a hot and dry summer season.
