‘You’re not alone’; Locals raising awareness around suicide

People from across the region gathered at Tamworth’s Number one oval to walk 9 laps for the 9 Australian lives lost to suicide every day.

It’s a cause close to the heart for some participants – who want to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health.
