A motor vehicle has been stolen while a witness stood just metres away in Tamworth this morning.
Police say a staff member at a local newsagency was loading newspapers into his employer’s yellow Hyundai Getz in the Centrepoint car park, when an unknown offender jumped into the vehicle and drove away.
Police are yet to locate the stolen vehicle.
