Investigations continue into the death of a man who was found critically injured near Ballina on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to Eltham Road, Teven around 9.30pm, where they treated the 43-year-old.
He was airlifted to Gold Coast Hospital in a critical condition.
Police have since been notified that he man died in hospital yesterday.
