Central Coast surfers, Rebecca Woods and Amee Donohoe, have both failed to reach the finals at the Rip Curl Pro Search in Portugal.
Woods was eliminated in round two, while Donohoe went down narrowly in the third round to Hawaian rookie Coco Ho.
Ho went on to win the event, defeating Chelsea Hedges in the final.
The Women’s world tour now moves to Peru, with the Moviestar Classic commencing next week.
