Council to amend drinking rules in the CBD

Tamworth council could soon ammend outdoor dining rules which currently prevent patrons from drinking on footpaths in the CBD without a meal.

The proposal has been welcomed by many locals and business owners, but others are concerned about anti-social behaviour.
