Brigid Heywood fronts court over alleged assault

An Armidale court has heard a teenager felt “degraded and belittled” when a former University Vice Chancellor allegedly wiped her saliva on her face.

Professor Brigid Heywood is accused of assaulting the teenager, at a women’s event where she was a panelist.
