Northern Rivers leaders call for urgent funding

Council and government leaders from across the Northern Rivers have written to the New South Wales Premier – pleading with him to provide immediate funding for flood victims.

It comes after new mapping revealed the number of homes eligible for buybacks has been halved – leaving residents frustrated, after the worst flooding disaster in the nation’s history.
