BOSNIAN REFUGEE TO STAND TRIAL FOR MANSLAUGHTER

A Bosnian refugee accused of killing a friend at his Ashmore home, has been ordered to stand trial for manslaughter in the Supreme Court.
54 year old Nebjosa Slomovic was charged after the alleged victim’s lifeless body was found in the garage of his rented Central Street house.
Police claim no weapons were used, but that it was a heated argument that turned violent.
Slomovic will stand trial at a date to be set.
