Coffs Harbour council is investigating the construction of several boardwalks and a jetty at Arrawarra… after residents raised concerns about whether a development application had been lodged for the work.
They’re now worried about the potential environmental impact on the local estuary and the nearby Solitary Islands Marine Park.
