A 71-year-old man will face Coffs Harbour Local Court, after he allegedly indecently assaulted a teenage boy in a toilet in the region.
It’s alleged a 14-year-old boy was assaulted by the man in a cubicle in Saltwater Park on Harbour Drive on January 2, before the teen kicked him and managed to flee.
The man was arrested yesterday, and charged with indecent assault.
He’ll face court on April 12.
