Drugs raids on quiet part of Central Coast

Four men have been charged following a multi-agency investigation into an alleged drug supply syndicate operating on the Central Coast.

Five search warrants were issued as part of the investigation, where police seized more than 3.6kg of cocaine, 3.1kg of cannabis and heroin.

They also discovered seven firearms, two gel blaster pistols, 500 rounds of ammunition, human growth hormone, and items consistent with the manufacture of prohibited drugs.

Tactical officers moved in at Empire Bay on the Central Coast, arresting 27-year-old, wannabe actor David Crosio-Mochalksi, who allegedly playing a key role in supplying drugs.

Detective Superintendent Grant Taylor from NSW Police said up to 60 officers were involved, including officers from the State Crime Criminal Group Squad along with Australian Federal Police.

Strike Force Raptor is now operating in the Hunter, with 29 dedicated staff.

All four were refused bail and will appear at Wyong Local Court next month.
