Taree Council has also issued a demolition order on the historic Wingham stables.
A decision on whether to demolish the stables was deferred at the last council meeting, with councillors referring the matter to the Strategic Heritage Advisory Committee for more information.
But bad weather has caused further damage, creating a safety risk.
Council says action must be taken within seven days of the order.
