MidCoast 2 Tops Landcare conservation program going gangbusters

MidCoast 2 Tops Landcare is urging more landholders to protect flora and fauna, by joining its private land conservation program.

The organisation now has enough funding to continue the program over the next three months, helping residents to create management plans for their properties.

“We’re hoping to work with our funders to get a second phase of the program and continue it for at least the next 18 months but hopefully permanent,” the organisation’s Jessica Leck said.

The organisation has worked with more than 120 landholders, over the last 18 months.
