Police say a motorist involved in Tuesday’s horrific crash on the far north coast, that killed a man and his two children, had been banned from driving until 2030.
36-year-old Malcolm Joseph Harris from Kyogle has been charged with driving while disqualified, and was refused bail at Lismore Local Court this afternoon.
NO charges have been laid over the accident itself.
28-year-old Shaun Zagar his six-year-old son, Kaleb, and five-year-old daughter Zara died, after a sedan ploughed into their parked car near Casino.
It’s believed they were waiting for a school bus.
