Funding secured for Aquatic Centre in Tamworth

Tamworth’s proposed aquatic centre has secured its first big win – the state government committing 15 million dollars in funding for the project.

Locals aren’t holding their breath though – the money makes up less than a quarter of the total figure needed to build the 60-million dollar facility.
