A sleeping family woke up terrified and screaming after two fighting kangaroos smashed into their tent on an otherwise tranquil morning at a NSW campground.
Footage of the scrap, which was peppered with punches, double-foot kicks and high-pitched human screams of fright and confusion, was obtained by NBN News.
It’s believed the two kangaroos had been fighting over territory or a female.
A bystander filmed the two kangaroos earlier this month grabbing and kicking one another at Trial Bay Gaol campground, about 80km north of Port Macquarie.
