HIGH SPEED CHASE

A 27-year-old man has been remanded in custody after appearing in Coffs Harbour Local Court this morning, charged over a high-speed police pursuit.

The chase began on the Pacific Highway yesterday afternoon when a blue Holden Commodore was allegedly detected travelling at 136 kilometres an hour in a 60 zone.

The accused is facing numerous driving offences… he’s due back in court on Tuesday.
