Robert Karl Huber appears in Lismore Local Court after being charged with partner’s murder

A man faced Lismore Local Court today, charged with murdering his partner, whose body was discovered at Ballina early yesterday morning.

66-year-old Robert Karl Huber appeared via video link, and did not apply for bail.

He’s accused of killing 64-year-old Lindy Lucena AND contravening part of an AVO.

Huber remained silent during today’s brief hearing, and is due to face Ballina Local Court next week.
