Petition to provide drink spiking training at licensed venues gains thousands of signatures

Festive celebrations at Hunter pubs might be coming to an end – but the issue of drink spiking is ramping up.

A petition, calling for staff to have more training to deal with the problem, has gained thousands of signatures and could reach the floor of state parliament.
