State Government giving first home buyers the option to opt out of Stamp Duty
Today is the first weekend first home buyers can opt out of paying thousands of dollars in ‘up front’ stamp duty.
But from early indications, many of those wanting to get into the property market are not ‘sold’ on the alternative choice of a smaller annual fee.
