A ruling by Tweed Shire Council has been overturned with Councilors now approving a Cabarita Beach development.
The development application was refused last month over parking issues leaving the fate of contracts for 38 unit owners uncertain.
All contracts have now been reinstated by the developer with the keys set to be handed over by November.
