YOUNG SISTERS PICKED TO REPRESENT NSW INDIGENOUS SIDE

Eight players from the Hunter have been selected, in the Indigenous girls state rugby league side, following today’s final trial at Newcastle University.
Fresh from winning the World Cup with the Jillaroos, sisters Emma and Julie Young both made the team, as did sister-in-law Rebecca.
The squad goes into camp on February 5 to prepare for a clash with their Queensland counterparts.
To be played on the 8th, the game will be a curtain raiser for the Knights trial against the First Nations Goannas at Hunter Stadium.
