FRAUD AND LARCENY CHARGES LAID AFTER CARDIFF SOUTH ARREST

A man has been charged with several larceny and fraud offences in Newcastle.
Around one o’clock yesterday afternoon, police arrested a 30-year-old man in a car on Elm Avenue in Cardiff South, for outstanding warrants.
Police allegedly found stolen items from the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area over the past three weeks in a subsequent search of the man and his vehicle.
He was charged with five counts of larceny, 12 counts of fraud, five counts of goods in custody, and three outstanding warrants.
