Land managers on the north coast are being urged to attend a pest animals information day in Coffs Harbour on Wednesday.
A new management plan to control pest animals is being put together by the state government.
Recently, a number of wild dogs and other animals have wreaked havoc on livestock in the region.
Member for Coffs Harbour, Andrew Fraser, says the impact on primary production and the environment is significant.
The event will be held at the Coffs Ex-servicemens Club from 11am.
